Canada is not complete. That is the conclusion Nadia Verrelli has drawn from her studies and writing about our federation and constitution. Together, we continue to build our nation. The same goes for our community. Far from a completed project, we need to continue to work each day to build Sudbury.


Nadia learned the values of hard work, self sacrifice and perseverance in her first generation Canadian upbringing. These values, along with a strong sense of collective responsibility, collaborative problem solving, and the ability to bring people together are what is needed to be a community builder.


The Sudbury NDP must also be built to a position of strength. That's where Nadia is committed to start through this nomination campaign and on the road to this general election and beyond. A stronger NDP can build better connections with the party base and supporters, as well as with progressive voters throughout the community.
